If you find it interesting and possible to visit Moscow to join EVA 2003 Moscow conference, you should be aware of the information required well in advance for your Russian visa, namely:
1. Your name, date & place of birth
2. A copy of your passport (first 2 pages with photo)
3. The name of the Russian consulate where you will go to obtain your visa
4. Place of work, position, address, tel., fax
5. Dates of your visit to Russia
6. What cities of Russia are you going to visit?

Please, check you passport expire date! It should be 6 months after the visit.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a personal invitation to the Russian consulate in your country. Only then can you go and ask for the visa. If you have any queries, Mrs Nadezhda Brakker (E-mail: lku@artinfo.ru tel./fax +7 095 940 0284) will be pleased to help.
