Abstracts:

The Great Britain concerns to the countries with the advanced system of distant and open learning in humanitarian sphere. Experience of the British universities on training students in culture sphere management in a distant format represents the big practical interest for the Russian education system. The paper is devoted to the analysis of the British experience of distant learning with which the author has got acquainted during trips on the centres of distant training in the Great Britain.
