Abstracts:

The paper covers analysis of market development of specialized equipment and services connected with creation of electronic informational resources in cultural sphere. The author studies three models of cooperation between commercial companies and cultural institutions and describes advantages of partnership relations during project implementation.

Business participation in optimum technical and technological decision-making is justified from economical point of view. Several models of budget minimization for museum and library technological re-equipment are described.
