Abstracts:

In modern highly schools use of the possibilities of creation of the interactive educational environment for preparation of the new specialists, capable independently creatively are more and more widely used to think, to shape and to realize received solutions. Such paradigm is founded on usage of modern methods and ways of education, increase of hours at independent mastering trained of different educational disciplines, that promotes the best mastering by them of a studied material. One of the important units of the new system of education become media-library, established in different educational institutions. At the Library Russian state university for the humanities (RSUH) was created media-library. The used approaches to its organization, equipment and effective operation have helped to create a place (environment), in which it is pleasant to be and comfortably to work; structure permitting to supplement main methods of education in high school, improving thus preparation of the highly qualifications specialists of the different profile. In it have incorporated traditional help and periodicals to a wide spectrum of similar machine-readable materials, DB, different audio-, video- and multimedia by data, the access to which is provided as immediately in itself media-library, and in the Internet with the help placed in media-library of computers. In the report the forms, methods both perspectives of usage of program-technical systems and traditional materials in media-library RSUH are reflected at preparation of the highly qualifications specialists.
