The CONCEPT
of construction of uniform information space of objects of culture

With development of the newest information technologies appears an opportunity of operative reception of the information of various character on any object of culture, but for this purpose the object should be connected to the common information network.
For today already exist some systems and the new systems uniting information systems of objects of culture on various directions with the purpose of creation of uniform information space in certain areas are created.
As examples it is possible to result System KAMIS which unites local DB KAMIS museums by means of an intermuseum server of labels, the Server of the integrated information created in frameworks of Russian Net of Culture Heritage, the Server www. TicketNet.ru within the framework of uniform system of reservation, sale of tickets and services and others.
Distinctive feature of the offered approach is application of separate inexpensive program-technical decisions which in aggregate give new quality which is not achievable the separate private specialized systems.
The uniform system of reservation, sale of tickets and services should: to provide with the ticket of the visitor, to guide him on object with fixing by various means of a route with application of elements of the control for maintenance of necessary security measures.
The uniform system of reservation, sale of tickets and services has two-level structure. At the bottom level (a level of objects) the base on the basis of which all further infrastructure of uniform system is under construction is created. At the top level the WEB-server which is connected to all base objects is created and provides an information exchange between all elements of the given information network.
The base system (system of object) should have an exit in the Internet and provide full automation of conducting a booking facilities with maintenance of necessary security measures.
The base system should include the following subsystems:
· a subsystem of reservation and sale of tickets;
· a subsystem of the control of pass;
· a subsystem of videosupervision;
· a subsystem of protection against thefts.

The subsystem of reservation and sale of tickets should provide automation of conducting all booking facilities of object. The seal of the ticket to the visitor is carried out only at the moment of its purchase for cash or the clearing settlement. Each ticket should contain a unique code.
The subsystem of the control of pass can have various assignments (the control on an entrance of object, on an entrance and a exit of object, on an entrance and a exit in a hall etc.) and should provide the organization of routes of movement of visitors and the authorized admission of visitors, preliminary having executed in system necessary checks. As the document of the authorized admission for visitors the ticket, and for the service personnel special the pass is used on the basis of plastic cards.
The subsystem of videosupervision is intended for fixing all events occuring on object, with record of the information on the external carrier continuously or on alarm.
The subsystem of protection against thefts allows to provide safety not only exhibits, but also all property of object of culture, and also solves a task of automation of the account and inventory.
