Kultura-Portal.ru – is a joint project of the company “InternetMedia Holding” and the newspaper “Kultura”. “InernetMedia Holding” is taking care about the technologies and promotion of the portal, and the newspaper “Kultura” about the informational filling of the resource.

The portal was created as a resource to offer efficient, analytical and supplemental information on the events in the sphere of traditional culture, it is considered to be the core mission in which the creators of Kultura- Portal.ru see the main task and the main distinction of the portal from the numerous net resources devoted to the so-called alternative culture.



The portal is intended for general audience. Among the users there are people interested in books, music, cinema, architecture. It is usual to consider that the traditional culture interests only the older people, but the sufficiently intensive rise of attendance of the portal disproves this point of view - the audience of Russian Internet is formed by the people aged from 18 to 35.
